First of all, thank you for purchasing from us. We are proud of our bags and we hope you love yours. However, if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase or change your mind, here’s how to return it.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We may ask you why you have chosen to return your purchase to help us improve our products and services, however, you are under no obligation to provide these details if you do not wish to.
We are a small business and we are afraid we can no longer offer to cover delivery costs in the eventuality of you returning or exchanging an item - unless of course it is faulty. If you have any queries please get in touch with Ridgebag before purchasing to avoid unnecessary returns.

Returns procedure
Please contact us at support@ridgebag.co.uk including your name, address, receipt number and date of purchase.
Please make sure the item you are returning is in a saleable condition. We cannot offer a refund for damaged or otherwise unsaleable products returned to us.
You will need to arrange at your own cost the return of the product to us. We suggest you use a tracked delivery service. Please use the original packaging or similar and protect the parcel as much as possible.
Alternatively, if more convenient we can arrange for the parcel to be collected from you at a cost of £9.75. We can also arrange for you to drop the parcel at a nearest DPD Drop Off point for the parcel to be delivered to us at a cost of £7.67. These costs will be deduced from your refund.
Please note:
The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt
The product must be unused with original tags still attached
Refunds
Once you have followed the above steps and we have received the item, we will issue you with a full refund including the original shipping cost using your original payment method.
We will process the refund asap.
Please note:
We will not refund or exchange a product that is returned to us with any sign of wear and tear, is dirty, has been washed, or with any other indication that the product has been used. In these circumstances the product will be returned to the customer.
We cannot refund any tax or duties costs for orders made outside the United Kingdom.
Exchanges
If you change your mind once you've received your bag and would like to exchange it for a different bag, please let us know at admin@ridgebag.co.uk. You will need to arrange at your own cost the return of the original bag to us. We also kindly ask that you pay the delivery for the new bag, as well as any difference in price. Of course, if the new bag is cheaper than the original then we will refund the difference. If you decide to also return the new bag, the bag will need to be returned in an unused condition with tags still attached for a full refund minus the cost of delivery. If the bag shows any sign of use we will need to discount for the damage. If you exchange a bag and then return the new bag, you will have to cover the return delivery costs.

12 months Warranty
We stand by our products and are confident they will provide you with years of use. However, sometimes things go wrong. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, our Ridgebags carry a 12 months warranty.
If you would like to return a faulty bag please let us know at support@ridgebag.co.uk attaching photographs of the bag and the fault, together with the original receipt. We will assess the claim and offer a refund, repair or exchange. We cannot accept claims for normal wear and tear, breakage or destruction due to intentional or unintentional events or misuse of a product.
Repairs
We offer a repairs service whenever possible for bags out of their 12 months warranty or for damage not due to a technical fault. Please get in touch on the above email address to take advantage of this service. A quote will be issued once we have assessed the damage.
